What's included

Everything between your menu and your customer's door.

Six pieces that already work together. Pick all of them or start with the store and add the rest later.

Storefront and checkout

A fast, SEO-ready menu with category pages, search, deals and product pages priced live from your POS.

  • Age gate, ID upload and review before the first order
  • Delivery-zone check, fees and minimums by zone
  • POS-priced taxes, promo codes and automatic deals
  • Cash or debit at the door, saved addresses, live tracking

POS integration

The POS stays the legal system of record. The site mirrors it instead of fighting it.

  • Menu, stock and prices synced every minute
  • Orders created in the POS at checkout, status synced back
  • Discounts and loyalty balances kept in step
  • Meadow today; other POS APIs scoped per project

CRM for your team

One screen per customer: orders, points, tickets, chats, ID status and consent.

  • Order board with dispatch view and driver tracking
  • Helpdesk with email and chat intake
  • Roles for viewers, dispatchers and admins
  • Audit trail on staff actions

Loyalty and rewards

Points on every order, tiers, and rewards redeemed on the site with the POS updated automatically.

  • Welcome and referral bonuses
  • Reward items priced through POS discounts
  • Balances visible in the account and at the register

Marketing automation

Segmented email and SMS with tracked opens and clicks, abandoned-cart recovery and lifecycle flows.

  • Self-hosted email so your list stays yours
  • Carrier-aware SMS with opt-in and STOP handling
  • Consent records for every send

AI where it pays off

Practical AI that saves staff time without taking decisions away from them.

  • Budtender chat grounded in your menu and FAQ, hand-off to staff
  • Draft replies for support tickets, reviewed before sending
  • ID photo pre-screening ahead of staff review

Why custom

Rented menus charge you for every order. This one you own.

Hosted menu platforms sign up your customers on their platform, take a cut of each order and decide what your checkout looks like.

  • Source code and database in your own accounts
  • Your domain, your SEO, your design
  • Customers, consent and order history stay with you
  • Hosting at cloud cost, no platform margin

FAQ

Questions brands ask before they book.

Which POS systems do you integrate with?

Meadow is live in production today: menu, pricing, discounts, order creation, loyalty points and order status all sync both ways. Other POS systems with a public API (Dutchie, Treez, Blaze, Flowhub) are scoped per project.

Is this a template or a custom build?

A custom build on a proven foundation. The storefront, CRM, worker jobs and integrations we run for On Deck Delivery are the starting point; your menu, zones, brand, loyalty rules and workflows are built on top. You get the source code.

How is compliance handled?

Age gate and ID upload with AI pre-screening and staff review, California purchase-limit checks in the cart, POS-priced excise and sales tax at checkout, Prop 65 and SB 540 notices, opt-in consent records for email and SMS, and METRC reporting through the POS.

Where does it run and who operates it?

DigitalOcean with Cloudflare in front, managed Postgres with daily backups, and a background worker for syncs and campaigns. We deploy, monitor and maintain it, or hand it to your team with documentation. Either way the code and data are yours.

What does it cost?

A fixed-scope build quote plus an optional monthly operate plan. Hosting runs on your own accounts, so there is no per-order platform fee and no revenue share. Tell us what you need below and you'll get a scoped quote, not a sales call.

How long does a build take?

Most launches are measured in weeks, not quarters, because the hard parts (POS sync, checkout, loyalty, compliance) already exist. Timeline depends on your POS and how much custom design you want.
