One form. Here is exactly what happens to it.
This site collects information in one place — the quote form — and sends it to one person. Last updated 5 October 2026.
At a glance
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or social-media scripts
- No newsletter — you are not added to any list
- Nothing is sold, shared or stored in a database on this site
- Fonts and images are served from this domain, not a third party
What the quote form collects
| What | Why | Where it goes | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, work email, brand or store | To reply to you about your project | One email to [email protected] | Until you ask us to delete the thread |
| POS you chose, your message | To scope the quote before we talk | Same email | Same |
| IP address and submit time | To stop automated spam (rate limit, bot checks) | Same email; server logs | Logs rotate automatically |
The email is sent through our own mail server and lands in a single inbox. It is used to reply to you about your project and for nothing else.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) and Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, keep standard request logs — IP address, page requested, browser type — for security and reliability. They rotate automatically and are not used to identify visitors.
Deleting your details
Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will delete the email thread. If we have started work together, the project agreement describes how project data is handled.
